Minimum Stay Requirements
December 22 - January 02 - $360/night - $2350/week (3 night minimum)
January 03 - March 27 - $285/night - $1750/week (3 night minimum)
March 28 - November 24 - $175/night - $1000/week (3 night minimum)
November 24 - December 21 - $285/night - $1750/week (3 night minimum)
(Sorry, but we are unable to provide 1 or 2 night rentals at any time)

NO PETS
We have a strict no pet policy! Out of respect for our homeowners and guests with allergies, we cannot make an exception no matter how small or well behaved the pet.
(Please do not disregard this policy as it will result in the loss of your deposit.)
NO SMOKING
We have a strict no smoking policy at Valley Home! Smoking is allowed outside on the porches and decks. Please, do not dispose of cigarette butts in the yard or surrounding areas. If discarded butts are found, additional cleaning fees will apply.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
Renting a vacation home is just like renting a car. You must be of "legal and responsible age" to rent Valley Home. We will not rent to anyone under 25 years old. This person must be one of the guests who remains with the rental party throughout their stay. Parents, please do not call to rent for college parties as guests will be asked for proof of age at time of check-in.
